Parking Lot Paving

Asphalt Paving
Specializing in driveways, parking lots, parking areas, roads, churches, farm lanes, private roads, basketball & tennis courts, etc.
Asphalt Resurfacing / Overlays
Install a new layer of asphalt over worn existing surface after (optional) repairs have been made.
Hot Patching
Repair of deteriorated pavement. Remove and replace alligator or block cracking, fix sunken areas, major pot holes, drainage problems, base failure, frost heaves, etc.
Hot Crack Fill/Repair
Asphalt cracks can be caused by foundation shifts in the ground below, creeping roots, duress from the yearly freezing and thawing cycles, and stress from heavy traffic. We use a hot fiber-reinforced rubberized asphalt crack filler that resists extreme temperatures and water penetration, preventing liquids from reaching the sub-base and causing swelling and shrinking. Once applied, its traffic ready within two hours.

This is determined by the location, size, and other aspects of the house and what the owner wishes to emphasize.

We provide quality service within Northeastern Pennsylvania, all of Monroe county, parts of Carbon, Northampton & Pike counties as well as all of Northern New Jersey, and
ALL of South Florida, from Martin county, Palm Beach county...all the way down to Broward county. We can provide service outside these areas, but you will need to call one of our offices to discuss the job site, size, location, and request a quote.
